This is one saying about a husband and wife. In the recent days we can see the uses of mobile phone in Nepal has increased so in this saying writer has compared a couple’s relationship with a call of the mobile phone.
If a couple get a son then it’s an incoming call ( boy will bring a wife and dowry ), if couple get a daughter then it’s outgoing call ( girl has to go with her husband )
and if the wife couldn’t get pregnant after a relationship then it’s only missed call. In Nepal Dating a girl or dating a boy is not common thing to do. Even though dating is not common boys and girls are dating each other day by day secretly. Continue reading
Rajesh is a famous cartoonist from Nepal. In this picture you can clearly see what he is trying to convey to those women who wear lots of jewelry in Teej. From thief’s point of view they are happy to see those woman wearing such ornaments. As we have been reading lots of news about burglary during Teej, woman are still showing off their jewelry to lure a thief. In my point of view people should ban those woman who wear such an expensive ornaments in social program being held during Teej. What is your opinion ?

Nepali Funny pictures for Facebook. Share in your Facebook wall.
Nepal is a country with self respect and Nepal has never been ruled by any other country. One thing always used to come is why all Nepalese watch Indian movies, serials and other television programs but wear a t-shirt saying ” I Love Nepal ” ? Answer is so simple. Because its just a fashion but not the real respect to their own country. Anyway, fashion is also a part of a person’s life. So everybody has got their own right to select their fashion, style. However, my concern is with those who just pretend to be a very good citizen but supports foreign products. Anyway, who the hell I am to say like that? No offense. Peace ! Enjoy. Continue reading

First of all LOL! I don’t know how to start. This is a true story which had happened to me when I was in my school. In Nepal if you want to buy “Chatpate” then you can get chatpate in paper ( normally in the piece of newspaper). Obviously there are nobody who will look for the proper place to throw that piece of paper after finishing all chatpate. So if you behind your crush and she threw a piece pf paper near to you then you might think that, the pice of paper might be a love letter for you. Eventually, when you see that piece of paper to find out what is that actually, you will find that out as a normal piece of paper which had been used to eat chatpate. Continue reading

Most of the students find chemistry and economics classes boring. Do yo know why? Even I don’t know :p. When I studied chemistry I used to feel the same. May be its because economics has various principles and statements that you need to memorize and chemistry has various chemical formulas and equations which are very hard to understand and memorize. In the country like Nepal, you can never find all the chemicals and you can never practice all the chemistry formulas by yourself, so it becomes harder to understand and memorize without practically doing it. What do yo think? Am I right? Please say your saying in the comment box bellow. Continue reading

While watching this picture anybody can guess that it would be impossible to get through if there was only one person on that place. But the picture bellow gives you the reason, why single work rocks and team work sucks.
After viewing picture number 1 some body came up with this idea, which demonstrates how single person can work effectively rather that a team work. Now its up to you which one would you prefer. Please say something about these two methods on the comment box bellow. Continue reading

Rupees is the common name for the monetary currencies used in modern India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, or Mauritius. This picture shows the height of two girl’s dumbness.
From Middle English dumb, from Old English dumb (“silent, speechless, mute, unable to speak”), from Proto-Germanic *dumbaz (“dull, dumb”), from Proto-Indo-European*dʰeubʰ- (“to whisk, smoke, darken, obscure”). Cognate with Scots dumb (“dumb, silent”), North Frisian dom, domme (“dumb, stupid”), West Frisian dom (“dumb, stupid”), Dutchdom (“dumb, stupid”), German dumm (“dumb, stupid”), Swedish dum (“stupid”), Icelandic dumbur (“dumb, mute”).
In ordinary spoken English, a phrase like “He is dumb” is interpreted as “He is stupid” rather than “He lacks the power of speech”. The latter example, however, is the original sense of the word. The senses of stupid, unintellectual, and pointless developed under the influence of the German word dumm. Continue reading
You might have seen in so many places a board with a sign ” In case of fire break the glass”. Usually a cylinder filled with carbon dioxide, dry powder or water, in the latter two cases with some means of pressurizing the cylinder to expel the contents.
So please don’t use your stupid brain and use your wise brain to think wisely in case of fire. Continue reading

A habit (or wont) is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur unconsciously. In the American Journal of Psychology (1903) it is defined in this way: “A habit, from the standpoint of psychology, is a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a mental experience.”Habitual behavior often goes unnoticed in persons exhibiting it, because a person does not need to engage in self-analysis when undertaking routine tasks. Habits are sometimes compulsory. The process by which new behaviours become automatic is habit formation. Old habits are hard to break and new habits are hard to form because the behavioural patterns we repeat are imprinted in our neural pathways, but it is possible to form new habits through repetition.
As behaviors are repeated in a consistent context, there is an incremental increase in the link between the context and the action. This increases the automaticity of the behavior in that context. Features of an automatic behavior are all or some of: efficiency, lack of awareness, unintentionality, uncontrollability.

The word “photography” was created from the Greek roots φωτός (phōtos), genitive of φῶς (phōs), “light” and γραφή (graphé) “representation by means of lines” or “drawing”,together meaning “drawing with light”.
Several people may have coined the same new term from these roots independently. Hercules Florence, a French painter and inventor living in Campinas, Brazil, used the French form of the word, photographie, in private notes which a Brazilian photography historian believes were written in 1834. Johann von Maedler, a Berlin astronomer, is credited in a 1932 German history of photography as having used it in an article published on 25 February 1839 in the German newspaper Vossische Zeitung. Both of these claims are now widely reported but apparently neither has ever been independently confirmed as beyond reasonable doubt. Credit has traditionally been given to Sir John Herschel both for coining the word and for introducing it to the public. His uses of it in private correspondence prior to 25 February 1839 and at his Royal Society lecture on the subject in London on 14 March 1839 have long been amply documented and accepted as settled facts.

Photography is the art, science and practice of creating durable images by recording light or other electromagnetic radiation, either chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film, or electronically by means of an image sensor. Typically, a lens is used to focus the light reflected or emitted from objects into a real image on the light-sensitive surface inside a camera during a timed exposure. The result in an electronic image sensor is an electrical charge at each pixel, which is electronically processed and stored in a digital image file for subsequent display or processing.
The result in a photographic emulsion is an invisible latent image, which is later chemically “developed” into a visible image, either negative or positive depending on the purpose of the photographic material and the method of processing. A negative image on film is traditionally used to photographically create a positive image on a paper base, known as a print, either by using an enlarger or by contact printing.
Photography has many uses for business, science, manufacturing (e.g. photolithography), art, recreational purposes, and mass communication.
